REFUND POLICY

Exchanges and Returns online:
• Products purchased on esintolife.com may be exchanged or returned up to thirty days (30 days) from the date of receipt.
• Except for the earrings, which for hygienic reasons only accept changes if notified on the day of receipt. Earrings must be returned unworn.

We will accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by the original Intolife packaging.

To process the return:
• To start the procedures you can contact us any of the customer service channels: Whatsapp (+34 644 197 569), email (info@esintolife.com) or through the chat on our website (esintolife.com).
• You must indicate the order number, the item (s) to be returned and the reason for the return. Once we notify you of the receipt of the return, you can send us the product.
• Products must be sent in perfect condition, with their original box and bag, attaching the purchase receipt. Returns must be sent to:

• Returns must be sent to our offices under the responsibility and costs of the buyer. The customer must ensure that the package reaches our office without suffering any damage or loss.
• Esintolife SL. It is not responsible for the loss or loss of packages during shipping.
• Once the product has been received and the correct condition verified, we will formalize the return by means of a discount coupon that you can apply on our website. The coupon does not have an expiration date.
• The value of the refund will be the amount paid for the product in EUR.
For any return, priority will be given to Email.

Others:
In case of receiving a wrong product, that is, that is not the one you had ordered, contact us at info@esintolife.com to solve the incident as soon as possible.
In the event that a returned package is received at our offices, we will proceed to reimburse the purchase amount by the same payment method with which it was made. Under no circumstances can we send the package again, so if you still want the products you will have to place a new order.
